The drawback with Hepsia is the absence of root access to the dedicated web hosting server, but you will promptly fall for the beauty of Hepsia's drag & drop File Manager as a compensation.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a standard equipment solely when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and comes as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web page names under a single user account. This is possible because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other web hosting Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO separate accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/administration functions. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no Control Panel choice.
Domains Hosted 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all offered Control Panel interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your website names under one single hosting user account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP tools do not offer such function at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and this is why they require 2 autonomous web hosting user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 web page administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia web hosting CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel setups can operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
